The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes from the mosque. perfect for attending prayers. The buffet breakfast featured a delightful selection of fruits and salads, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh cream cakes. While the hotel staff were generally attentive, there were occasions when service felt a bit slow, especially during peak dining times. Additionally, the room could have benefitted from better soundproofing, as noise from outside sometimes disrupted sleep. The experience was generally positive, bolstered by empathetic staff when I faced an unfortunate incident in the city.

The location is just a few minutes from the mosque.
Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing. The staff's English proficiency is very poor, impacting our communication significantly. We faced multiple issues during our stay including a lack of basic amenities like bed sheets for the sofa bed, which took an hour to resolve at 1 a.m. Additionally, the WiFi was unreliable, and we were often not given accurate information by the front desk.

The location was fantastic, but the room cleanliness left much to be desired.

missingWrote a review on Nov 13cramped bathroom
Cold lighting in the corridors and rooms creates an unwelcoming atmosphere, detracting from the luxury feel you'd expect. The City View Room's bathroom is cramped, lacking the space that makes for a relaxing experience. Additionally, the absence of breakfast despite reasonable prices adds to the disappointment, especially given the considerable distance to find decent food options.

Perfect for Families
The breakfast was a highlight, with so many delicious options that both the kids and I loved, there was always something appealing to choose! Plus, the staff were super attentive, making sure our needs were met every step of the way.
It wasn’t cheap, but you know what, sometimes you gotta invest in comfort.

The location is remarkable, just a couple of minutes from the mosque and surrounded by dining options, making it very convenient for meals. The breakfast offered an impressive variety that catered to different tastes, including some amazing Sicilian products. However, there were notable service delays during peak times, and the staff could have benefitted from improved English proficiency to enhance communication. Additionally, the noise levels from outside were disruptive, affecting the overall comfort during the stay.

I loved the breakfast with a ton of tasty choices, and I really appreciated how quickly they resolved my room issue by upgrading me to a bigger space. The pool area was perfect for relaxation, and I enjoyed unwinding at the on-site spa as well. The only downside was a bit of noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊
