While the hotel staff were generally attentive, there were occasions when service felt a bit slow, especially during peak dining times. Additionally, the room could have benefitted from better soundproofing, as noise from outside sometimes disrupted sleep. The experience was generally positive, bolstered by empathetic staff when I faced an unfortunate incident in the city.

stayed at rotana for 4 nights in a nice city view room. the location was great, just a short walk to bab essalam, although women have to walk a bit further. the staff was very friendly, and room service was exceptional, making our family feel welcome.
